OK, I know that downstairs room with a murphy bed is technically not a bedroom because the closet is right outside the door. It does have it’s own 3/4 bath right there so most people will use it as a bedroom as needed. Also makes a great office. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own baths too. Great Tempe location and near the freeway if you need to get around the valley. All new updated kitchen. Cool pool right outside the great room. Lives like a single family instead of townhouse (attached only on one side) and with a private yard. All those newer appliances stay. Nice home without a lot of work outside and NO ASSOCIATION DUES.
